Venus Awakening: Feminine Yoga

We will open to our softer flexible feminine side with some asanas and movements.It’s an easy going flow for all levels, sizes and shapes, just bring your mat and good intention!

Natasha graduated 500 YTT at Yogaworks NYC, which is a blend of 3 different yoga styles. She took on a  6 month apprenticeship, along with therapeutic and restorative yoga trainings. She also learned Shivananda yoga at their ashram in Bahamas. Natasha’s yoga practice evolved itself naturally in years of intuitive sensual experience on the mat, She has learned a lot about my own feminine side, and with all that experience she created her own style – simple, nourishing and healing, based on feminine principles of sensuality, softening and surrendering. Natasha helps women to open their own flow of energy, to align with their own body’s wisdom and live freer, fully present and pleasurable lives.
